Itinerary

Day 1Arusha – Lake Manyara NP

After breakfast, head from Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park. Known for its birds and unique trees, the park features sausage trees, umbrella trees, baobabs, and palms. With over 400 bird species, it’s a birdwatcher’s paradise.

The name “Manyara” comes from the Maasai word “Maa,” relating to the trees they use for hedges. Two-thirds of the park is an alkaline lake, offering a distinctive habitat.

After exploring, relax and enjoy dinner at Fig Tree Campsite, where you’ll spend the night amidst the sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 2Lake Manyara – Central Serengeti

Embark on a scenic journey in our open-roof 4WD vehicle towards the vast plains of the Serengeti. Prepare for an encounter with a wide array of wildlife.

The Serengeti hosts the Great Migration, a once-in-a-lifetime spectacle. Millions of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles traverse the plains.

The Maasai have grazed livestock here, enriching the area’s cultural heritage.

In the afternoon, arrive at Seronera Campsite. Enjoy dinner amidst the untamed beauty of the Serengeti.

Day 3Serengeti plains

After breakfast, enjoy a captivating game-viewing drive along the Sogore River Circuit, providing excellent opportunities to spot wildlife including lions.

Later, in the afternoon, embark on the Kopjes Circuit, known for attracting lions and other wildlife, especially during the dry seasons.

After an exhilarating day, return to Seronera campsite for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the Serengeti wilderness.

Day 4Serengeti plains – Ngorongoro crater

Embark on a morning game drive in the renowned Serengeti National Park, where the thrill of spotting the “big three” cats awaits. Later, following a thrilling morning of wildlife encounters, enjoy a sumptuous lunch before embarking on a journey towards the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. As you approach the rim of the crater, be prepared to be awe-struck by the stunning panoramic view of this natural wonder. Finally, tonight’s accommodation awaits at Simba Campsite, where you can unwind and savor a delicious dinner under the starlit African sky, reflecting on the day’s adventures.

Day 5Ngorongoro crater to Tarangire national park

Awaken to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, heightening your senses for an exhilarating early morning game drive. As you delve into the vibrant ecosystem of the Ngorongoro Crater,

Home to an astounding array of wildlife, the Ngorongoro Crater boasts an impressive population of approximately 7,000 wildebeests, 4,000 zebras, and countless other species.

Moreover, while exploring the crater, you’ll also encounter the harmonious coexistence of indigenous tribes, such as the Maasai.

After an immersive day of wildlife encounters, journey to the tranquil Fig Tree Campsite located a scenic 30-minute drive from Tarangire.

Day 6Tarangire national park – Arusha Town

Embark on an early morning game drive in the captivating Tarangire National Park, where nature’s splendor unfolds before your eyes. Prepare for an unforgettable game-viewing experience,

Keep your eyes peeled for herds and groups of animals, including elephants, zebras, buffaloes, and oryxes, all drawn to Tarangire in search of water during the dry season.

While exploring, you may also encounter the elusive lions prowling through the jungle, seeking out unsuspecting prey.

As your game drive comes to an end, reflect on the incredible sights and experiences of your 6-day tour. Later, journey back to Arusha, and proceed with the next day’s tour

Day 7Arusha to Arusha National Park to Arusha

After having your breakfast you will be picked up from your hotel and driven 1o miles to Arusha National Park gate, welcomed by Colobus Monkeys on your walking safari accompanied by rangers in the mountain slopes of Meru which are swathed in tropical rainforest. It’s a unique ecosystem that attracts thousands of animals and birds. After a tasty lunch, you’ll hop in the Land Cruiser for a game drive that will take you through a wider scope of the park, including the lakes of Momella and the Ngurdoto Crater, and you’ll most likely spot buffalo, waterbuck, giraffe, warthogs, zebra, and gazelle. You will be back at the airport or hotel later in the evening.
