The tour starts & Ends at Arusha
The tour starts at 6am
We’ll meet at 4 p.m. at our hotel in Luzern (Lucerne) for a “Welcome to Switzerland” meeting. Then we’ll take a meandering evening walk through Switzerland’s most charming lakeside town, and get acquainted with one another over dinner together. Sleep in Luzern (2 nights). No bus. Walking: light.
Spend the entire day exploring Ndutu with morning and afternoon game drives. Watch the migration in full swing, where predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas hunt amidst the newborn calves. Return to Ndutu Heritage Camp for dinner and overnight.
After a morning game drive in Ndutu, enjoy lunch before departing for Ngorongoro Crater. Arrive in the evening, taking in the stunning views of the crater—dinner and overnight at Ang’ata Lodge on the crater rim.
After breakfast, descend into Ngorongoro Crater for a full morning game drive. The crater is home to the Big Five and a wealth of wildlife. After the game drive, depart for Tarangire National Park. In the evening, embark on an exciting night game drive, experiencing the nocturnal wildlife—dinner and overnight at Lake Burunge Lodge.
Start the day with a morning game drive in Tarangire, famous for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy an afternoon game drive before returning to Arusha, where your safari concludes.
