Itinerary

Day 1Air Transfer from Arusha to Ndutu

Fly from Arusha to Ndutu Airstrip in the morning. Upon arrival, enjoy a game drive across Ndutu’s woodlands and plains, with opportunities to spot predators such as lions and cheetahs, as well as herds of wildebeests and zebras. As the sun sets, transfer to Ndutu Heritage Camp for a relaxing evening, dinner, and an overnight stay in comfortable tents surrounded by the wilderness.

Day 2Full Day in Ndutu Calving Area

Start the day with an early morning game drive in Ndutu, one of the best areas to witness the Great Migration and its accompanying predator-prey interactions. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush before continuing with your afternoon game drive, exploring Ndutu’s varied landscapes, from open plains to acacia woodlands. Return to Ndutu Heritage Camp in the evening for dinner and your second night under the stars.

Day 3Ndutu to Ngorongoro Crater (Dinner & Overnight at Ang'ata Camp)

After breakfast at Ndutu Heritage Camp, embark on one last morning game drive in Ndutu. After a leisurely lunch back at the camp, transfer to Ndutu Airstrip for your flight to Ngorongoro Crater. Arrive at the crater rim in the late afternoon and check in at Ang’ata Camp, located at the edge of the crater. Enjoy the camp’s serene atmosphere and stunning views as you unwind. A delicious dinner will be served, and you’ll spend the night at Ang’ata Camp.

Day 4Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After an early breakfast at Ang’ata Camp, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. Explore the crater floor, home to a rich variety of wildlife, including elephants, buffalo, hippos, lions, and the rare black rhino. After a picnic lunch by a crater lake, transfer to the airstrip for your flight back to Arusha. Arrive in Arusha by late afternoon, concluding your 4-day safari.
